Brick Making Machinery Bamboo Block Pallet is used most in small and medium-sized baking-free brick machine equipment because there are many advantages of bamboo which is a reasonable price, durable, and so as to be used by most people, characteristics of bamboo Pallet  below:

1). The static bending intensity of bamboo is four to five times the strength of wood plywood and can reduce the use quantity of the template support.

2). Bamboo block pallet has a wide width and small flat-fell seam. The basic size of the pallet is 2.44 m * 1.22 m, which is equivalent with the area of 6.6 blocks small steel template of P3015 , with quick supporting mould and removing mould.

3).The surface of the pallet is smooth, which is only one in eight of the steel template on the adsorption capacity of concrete, and is easy to demolding. The surface of the concrete is smooth after demolding, and can cancel the plaster operation, and shorten operation period of decoration.

4). With good resistance to water, bamboo plywood does not degum after boiling for 6 hours and remains high strength after boiling and freezing. The bibulous rate of the surface is close to steel template, and improves the water retention by pouring bamboo plywood into concrete.and it is easy for maintenance in the process of concrete curing, because of deformation under the water.

5). Bamboo block pallet is anti-corrosion and insect-resistant.

6). The coefficient of thermal conductivity of bamboo is 0.14-0.16 w/m.k, far smaller coefficient of thermal conductivity of steel template, and is conducive to heat preservation in winter construction.

7). With high turnover of bamboo, obvious economic benefit, the pallet can be double-sided inverted, and the used times of no-frame bamboo reaches 20-30 times. Bamboo template is very suitable for horizontal template, brick machine pallets, baking-free brick pallet, shear wall, vertical wall, viaduct, overpasses, dams, tunnels, and beam-column template, etc.
