QT4-24 is a semi-automatic concrete cement bricks machine and the shaping cycle is 24s, for size 400*100*200, it can achieve 6720 pieces of bricks/8h. At the same time, this machine is controlled by PLC control system, then the operation is simple.
Our moulds are made of 16# manganese steel. Besides the good raw material, precise line cutting technology and 900℃ carburizing heat treatment technology are all adopted in the process of brick moulds production. So the brick moulds have better performance and longer service time. The using life is 7-8 times longer than common molds.
Vibration System.
1. Adopt vibration moulding technology and equipped with three vibrators to assure better quality, larger density and higher strength of the blocks.
2. Low power can achieve super moulding effect.
