The brick-making machine loop receiving line with mother and daughter trolleys is a highly efficient, fully automated block transfer system. It consists of a mother trolley and a daughter trolley (RGV) working together to achieve unmanned, intelligent transfer and precise docking of wet bricks and finished bricks between the forming, curing, and brick-collecting/stacking areas of the brick-making machine, significantly saving labor and increasing production capacity.
Working Principle:
Mother Trolley (Ferry Cart): Moves longitudinally on the main track, responsible for transporting daughter trolleys to designated track branch positions.
Daughter Trolley (RGV): Separates from the mother trolley and enters laterally into the specific curing kiln or brick-collecting channel, precisely docking with the conveyor line to grab or place brick blanks.
Core Advantages: High Efficiency and Automation: Fully PLC-programmed control, automatic entry and exit from the curing kiln, eliminating the need for manual forklift handling.
High Space Utilization: Compact loop layout, with multiple layers or rows of curing warehouses neatly organized.
Low Breakage Rate: Smooth operation, reducing brick impact and damage during transfer.
