QT4-25 Fully-automatic Concrete Hollow Block Machine is one of the well-sold models of our factory. this machine is easy to operate. for this concrete block machine, a larger reduction of high quality is equipped, its key rotary parts are changed into bearings, the thickened square steel frame is adopted, the inner sleeve is made of wear-resistant materials, and the four guide columns are oriented and positioned. so that the service life of this hollow block machine can be largely prolonged, a special super-strong vibrator with larger capacity is used. the block products manufactured with both pressing and vibrating forces from the upper and bottom are high in density and good in strength. this machine is ideal equipment for medium and small block manufacturers. (This machine can be used together with standard brick moulds, so that one mold can be used for multiple purposes.)
QT4-25 Concrete hollow block machine can produce various concrete hollow/solid blocks, paver, curbstone by changing moulds.
QT4-25 hollow block machine feeds material/pallets and stacks automatically. The production starts and ends just by pressing the start button. So the operation is simple and production efficiency is very high.
QT4-25 concrete brick moulding machine adopts 360 scatter mixer to scatter material though revolving 360 degree to make the material much more evenly and the blocks produced are of higher quality and density. Moreover, this machine adopts automatic double material feeding system, so you can produce colored pavers in automatic mode.
